Why are social marketers not utilising Web 2.0 tools, while traditional marketers are? Web 2.0 makes it easier to reach a larger audience, and allows them to engage with the content, creating a greater chance of making an impact. Instead of sitting back and looking at the new medias and technology as daunting, social marketers should look at how they have been domesticated into the everyday life of the users an and how they can take advantage of it.
